To while away my time, I've been reading some random news online and it's interesting to discover the many things I've learned and the trivial topics which I have discovered while aimlessly going from one website to another.
Some of the topics I've read is about Outer banks foreclosures and the experiments to test vaccines for cancer. Both of which I am not familiar with and I initially thought reading the news would bore me, but to my surprise, I found them quite interesting.
Meanwhile, some news items and blogs about tech wrote about the latest mobile phones and the upcoming Asus Tablet. I spent a good amount of time reading them while thinking if I should really save up for a new mobile phone or sell my iPod Touch for an iPad.
In the end, I think it was very therapeutic to read these random news. It takes away my mind off work while it fills me with current events and interesting bits of information which I could use in conversation.
