I've been feeling sluggish lately, maybe because I've gained some pounds during my last vacation. And that's why I decided to cut back on some of my meals and do more exercise.
Also, I hope that the appetite suppressants that my friend gave me will also work to control my intake of food. It's going to be the holidays soon and I can't afford to gain weight anymore or else I'd have to buy new clothes.
In any case, I've talked to my gym instructor and decided that I will do some extra time working out. I hope that this will help me get back to my ideal weight. Wish me luck!
