A Pinoy lotto winner from Davao recently revealed in an interview that he has in his possession a small red book entitled, "How To Win Lotto". This, he claims, is the reason why he won 145 million pesos in the PCSO lotto several months ago.
PCSO is not looking more into this claim as they said that what they only care about is to sell lotto tickets and ensure that the proceeds go to charity. "We don’t know how he did it and we don’t care to know," a PCSO staff said.
The system, according to the lotto jackpot winner, used high frequency numbers and other probabilities to help him come up with the winning number combination.
