If you don't know yet, Funny People is the latest movie of Adam Sandler. He plays the role of George. A very successful comedian who is afflicted with a rare blood illness. His doctor says he's dying soon.
However, after befriending Ira, a fresh and upcoming comedian, his illness miraculously disappears and Ira thinks it's because of his reconnection to his old girlfriend who is now happily married.
