For several months now, I've been sleeping on my back and waking up on my stomach. For me, this means that I've been tossing and turning while I'm sleeping.
This is actually bad because this means I'm not having a comfortable sleep. No wonder why I sometimes don't feel rested despite having slept for 8 hours.
I told this observation to a friend and he suggested that I get myself a sleep number bed. He suggested that I first find what my sleep number is and find the right bed.
This ensures that the firmness of the bed is just right and this means that I won't be tossing and turning anymore. After a while, I'm convinced that he's right.
Now I'm excited to get myself a new bed. I guess it's really time for a new one. My old one has been with me for more than 10 years already.
