I love eating cassava cake. I always make sure that I buy some whenever I go to Laguna because I believe that they have the best Cassava cakes. Anyway, a friend of mine recently gave me the original cassava cake recipe of her grandmother and I am planning to make it this week.
I thought that making a cassava cake was very hard but after reading this cassava cake recipe, I discovered that it's actually easy to do. The procedures for making cassava cake is simple, you just have to mix everything and bake it. I'm sure that I will have fun making cassava cake at home with this recipe that my friend gave me.
