A few years back, Cebu Pacific took the Philippine airline industry by surprise as it launched affordable fares to the common masses. They focused their marketing towards Filipinos who don't really travel because of the high air fares.
After a few months, Cebu Pacific's Blue Ocean Strategy proved effective as they begin to get more and more Filipinos to the air. Boasting of P1 fares and 95% on time flights, every Pinoy is getting Cebu Pacific as their airline of choice.
Fast forward to the present time and it seems that Cebu Pacific got over confident with their achievements and is now losing their clientele. A lot are now complaining of their delayed flights and other inconveniences.
