PCSO Cheating With Magnets?

I frequently go to other websites that talk about the Philippine lotto and one of the most recent interesting information that I found is this certain Pablito De La Cruz stating through a comment that allegedly, there is a way to cheat the results of the lotto by using magnets.

The comment was left in an article that gives tips on how to win the Philippine lotto and he said and I quote:

"alam nyo ba na kung may alam kayo sa kakayahan ng magnet ay magdududa kayo sa larong lotto kaya kasi nitong controlin o piliin ang bola ayon sa settings ng gagawa nito,kung di nyo nalalaman small amount lang ng magnet kaya ng manipulahin ang number na gusto nilang tumama siguro yung ibang makakabasa nito ay di nila ako maiintindihan kung wala silang sapat na kaalaman sa magnet babye….."

English translation:
Did you know that if you know about magnets, then you will have doubts with the lottery games because this can control and select the ball according to the settings. If you don't know, a small amount of magnetism can manipulate the number that they want to come out. I think others who will read this will not understand me if they don't know about magnets.

What do you think? Personally, I don't think that this is true. I've always believed that PCSO is always honest with the lottery results.
