Personally, as an Asian, I don't really find this Miley Cyrus as Hanoi Montana offensive. No I'm not a Miley Cyrus fan and I don't even watch Hannah Montana. But I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt and would just say that she and her friends are just tripping around.
