I don't know what's happening but I feel so bloated lately. It must be all the stress from work. I haven't been able to eat properly and go to the gym regularly too. In addition to that, I've been having trouble sleeping too.
Good thing I had some free time today and so I immediately hit the gym to try to get back into shape. I checked my weight and was sad to learn that I gained around 10 pounds from neglecting myself for the past month.
I guess I have to go back to taking diet pills for the meantime while I try to finish all the workload at the office that has insanely accumulated during the holidays. Yes, I have a ton of backlog work and it's really frustrating.
Since I can't really do anything about my schedule. I might as well do whatever I can to maintain my weight, or even lose a few. I'll begin packing my own lunch starting next week so I can eat something healthy. I'll also be buying an exercise ball so I can work out at home.
I hope these things will help me stay healthy for the meantime until I get some slack at work and go back to my regular schedule at the gym. Wish me luck!
