Fitness First or Gold's Gym, Which Is Better?

I will be going back to the gym by next month. That's why I've been thinking where to enroll myself - in Fitness First or Gold's Gym. Which is better? Which is cheaper? Which one will help me really lose weight?

I did some research and found out that Fitness First is more expensive the Gold's Gym. However, they have a very extensive list of group exercises - something that I need. Gold's only has a few cardio classes and most of them do not go right in my schedule.

However, Gold's only has a few patrons so I can work out freely, compared to Fitness wherein the weigh training areas are packed with members almost the whole day. On the other hand, FF has a lot of branches I can go to while Gold's only has a handful in the city.

It's really hard to choose which among them is better, but I need to make a decision as soon as possible because these weight loss pills will work better if I do regular visits to the gym.
