The weather's really been cold lately here in the Philippines and I thought that it's a good time for me to do some renovation at the shop. The store was last renovated 2 years ago and there's now a lot of things that needs to be replaced and repaired.
This is the reason why I'm going to do some renovations in the next few days. I'm going to take advantage of the cool weather so I can afford to take down the air conditioner for a couple of days for detailed cleaning.
I'm also planning to repaint the facade and replace the vinyl tiles on the floor. Moreover, I will be installing a surveillance camera and an emergency light to help upgrade the security of the place.
I hope to finish everything before January ends, in time for the busy month of February, which is one of the peak seasons of the shop. It's really a good thing that I have some money saved from the holiday earnings to be able to afford this shop renovation.
