How To Lose Weight Properly
Do you want to lose weight? Do you know how to properly lose weight? Are you among the hundreds of weight watchers who struggle everyday to lose those pounds and fail?
I'm sure you've tried all kinds of diets such as that from Jenny Craig, South Beach, low-carb, no-rice and other diet fads? They may work at first but it doesn't last very long and more often than not, you feel weak, depressed and even sluggish.
These diet fads is NOT the right way to lose weight!
I used to weight 230 lbs. This was a year ago. Now my weight is 170 lbs. Yes, that's 60 lbs. PERMANENTLY off from me. I did not undergo a special diet and I did not go on a special slimming treatment.
What did I do, you might want to ask. Well, what I did to lose weight is not a very big secret. Do you want to know what I did?
First, I did not go on any special diet. No watching carbs. Nor watching calories. No special food to be prepared. I just ate what I want.
But what did I do differently that helped me lose weight?
Well, what I did was to eat a balanced diet. This means I always make sure that I eat every type of food there is in a day. Yes, proteins, milk, vegetables, meat, a little of fat, sugar, everything.
The key is everything in moderation.
The second secret. I did not starve myself. I ate five to six times a day, but in small amounts. A nutritionist called this as micro meals. And it is indeed very effective.
Slowly, 1 to 2 pounds per week, I begin to lose weight. Of course I tried to be active but still, there was no pressure from myself to workout and go to the gym.
After a few months, friends started to notice that I'm losing weight. For me, I didn't really feel it because I don't notice any stretchmarks and I didn't feel that I was on a diet because micro meals always makes sure that I never feel hungry.
I guess that's it, my secret and what I believe is the proper way to lose weight. I hope you learned something valuable from me today.

Round one: Evans crouched low looking for a shot. Evans light on his feet not standing in one spot too long. Chuck stalking Evans. Chuck with a right to the chin. Evans on his heels looking to avoid Liddells range. Big right hook from Evans and that punch had some giddy up on it. Lidell answers with a good right. Lidells being patient. Leg kick from Evans. Left hook from Evans. LIddell misses with a right. Chuck circling and stalking. Rashad just dancing and staying out of range, Leg kick from Evans. Nice right hook from Evans and Chuck lands a jab. Nice right from Liddell. Chuck with a small cut over his right eye. Liddell goes for a jab. Inside leg kick from Evans and Liddell lands a left hook, Liddell with an uppercut. Evans backed into a corner but he dances out. Chuck with a roundhouse head kick to end the round. Chuck has a big mouse underneath his eye, That was a close round it could go either way. I'd say Chuck 10-9.
Round two: Evans corner tells him hes pissing off Chuck by dancing around his punches. It seems his strategy is to bob and weave. Good kick from Chuck and then a right. Rashad lands two good lefts. Lidell with a right and hes backing him into a corner. Evans just dances away. NIce left hook from Evans. Evans just misses a right and now hes seeming alot more confident. OMG Evans throws a HUGE right and Chuck Liddell is OUT COLD. A ONE PUNCH KO FROM RASHAD EVANS. CHUCK LIDDELL IS LYING ON THE FLOOR AND NOT RESPONDING. EVANS KNOCKS OUT LIDDELL WITH ONE PUNCH!!!! OH MY GOD I CANT BELIEVE WHAT I JUST SAW. EVANS COLDCOCKED LIDDELL. 3 MINUTES AFTER THE PUNCH AND LIDDELL IS STILL OUT COLD. UNBELIEVABLE.

Picture Me This
I was going through my old college pictures this morning and I saw some very memorable photos of me and my friends. It didn't seem important to me back then, but now, after several years, they all seem so precious.
I haven't seen my college buddies for more than two or three years and some of them already migrated to another country. Although we occasionally chat on instant messengers, but they are rarely deep and usually just casual talk. Unlike before when conversations would go really profound and we'd end up with headaches. Haha.
Anyway, I was really glad that I stumbled upon these old photos. I'm going to buy some picture frames later so I could put them in my study room in the house. Maybe I'd also write an email and show them the treasures I've found in my old school box of memories.
