Text Messages and Cellular Technology
Cellular technology has changed how we communicate. The birth of mobile cellphones and text SMS messaging has made a lot of gadgets obsolete such as the pager. The convenience and communication efficiency of cellphones has indeed become an advancement in living technology.
One more technological invention that has changed the way we connect is the internet. More and more people are using the cyberspace to save on expenses. Likewise, we use the convenience of online shopping to save on time, money and energy to go out and buy our needs.
Combining these two technologies is Tiga Dua Cellular Online. Preview of Wimbledon 2008

Roger Federer was last beaten on the grass courts of the All England Club by Mario Ancic in the first round of 2002. Since then he has been undefeated here in 35 matches, winning 102 sets and losing just eight, and 671 games to 394.
That incredible run has taken Federer to the brink of history, he is just seven victories away from a record sixth consecutive title, one better than Borg.
After last year’s final would anyone have believed that in 2008 the challenge to Federer’s dominance would come on multiple fronts.
Andy Murray, Novak Djokovic, Mardy Fish, Andy Roddick, Rafael Nadal and Radek Stepanek have all beaten the Swiss this year. The world No1, judged against his own high standards, has had a disappointing year with a solitary tournament win.
Of the challengers, Nadal and Djokovic, the world numbers two and three respectively, will be considered the greatest challengers.
Djokovic, the Australian Open champion, has beaten Federer twice in the past 12 months and is the world’s form player. Nadal thrives on his rivalry with Federer, he has closed that gap between them on grass, he must feel — especially given the nature of his victory in the French Open — that he can reel him in.
While the men must rise to knock Roger Federer off his throne, the women’s crown is up for grabs, a fact compounded by the recent retirement of world No1 Justine Henin.
Venus Williams has played indifferently all season, but the defending champion, and her sister Serena, are always formidable at Wimbledon.
The top three ranked players in women’s tennis — Maria Sharapova, Ana Ivanovic and Jelena Jankovic — can beat the other two on their day. Each woman is capable of a Dr Jekyll or Mr Hyde performance. Sharapova has the best record at Wimbledon while Ivanovic is having her best season to date.
Lurking further down the draw are former champions Lindsay Davenport and Amelia Mauresmo. Or perhaps, as Marion Bartoli so nearly did last year, the ladies’ winner will come from nowhere.
If both draws appear in a state of flux, at least Centre Court will have a familiar look. The permanent roof is back after last year’s open-roofed tournament, with room for an extra 1200 fans and improved scoreboard and catering facilities.
Nothing stays the same, nothing lasts forever, what surprises does the 2008 Championships have in stall?

Wimbledon 2008 Updates
Some news updates from June 9 to June 12 about Wimbledon 2008. Just a little more than 10 more days and Wimbledon 2008 will officially start. Enjoy these bits of trivia and news.
Bartoli could miss Wimbledon, Ivanovic "mentally exhausted"
"My wrist is still bothering me since the French Open. It's really painful and it's really not a situation where I want to stay on court," Bartoli said after her 5-7, 6-4, 6-0 loss to Petra Cetkovska.
World number one Ana Ivanovic will also miss the International Women’s Open because of a right abductor problem. According to The Telegraph, Ivanovic also said she was "mentally exhausted after the French Open".
Federer hits back
"There is no time to feel sorry for yourself. You have to look ahead," he said. "There is no point in wasting any energy thinking about the claycourt season. Wimbledon is ahead and physically I am in good shape so I am very happy."
Nadal outlines Wimbledon plan
Rafael Nadal, who beat Jonas Bjorkman at Queen’s yesterday, told The Independent about his battle plan for Wimbledon. "The movements are so different, as is the feeling when you hit the ball. As you have more time on court you remember more, so the important thing is to have a lot of time on court,” he said.
"I think the important thing is to arrive there [Wimbledon] playing well," he said. "The first matches will be very important. If you can win the first two or three matches it becomes a little bit easier later, especially if there's sun. That makes the court a little bit tougher and easier for me to play on."
Murray defends Federer
"Federer is still the best player in the world," Murray told Scotland’s Daily Record. "And if he continues to win Wimbledon and dominate the US Open like he has been doing then he is still going to be the best.
"At the start of the year, everyone was saying Federer is going down, he's not playing as well. But he's made the final of the French, semis of the Australian Open and has played well in the Masters Series on the clay.
Murray aims high at Wimbledon
"I'd like to get into the second week of Wimbledon and then, you know, do better than I did the last time," said Murray, in The Scotsman, after his victory over Sebastien Grosjean at Queen’s yesterday. "For me anyway, if you go into a tournament with a (certain] mindset – you know, if I say I want to get to the fourth round, then when you get to the fourth round you're kind of happy with what you've done (and) don't have the right mentality going into the next matches. I think you have to go in believing you can win the tournament.
Hewitt plays through the pain
"Wimbledon's one of my favourite tournaments of the year, if not my favourite. I love this month of the year. I always go in with a good attitude as well, which helps," Hewitt said after his 6-4, 6-4 win over Joshua Goodall at Queen’s.
"I would have liked to have got the injury right 100% before I came back," he said. "But I don't like missing majors, that's why I'm still playing tennis, for the big tournaments.
French have feet of clay
Some French players are reporting problems with the transition from clay to grass following their success at Roland Garros, reports Reuters.
"It's not easy because it's only a couple of days after the French (Open) and so we have to play as far as possible after the clay and just get used to it," Queen's seventh seed Paul-Henri Mathieu said after his first outing on grass this year, a 6-3 3-6 6-4 win over a Croat Marin Cilic.
"The change to grass is not easy...I would love more grass court tournaments for sure," Grosjean said. "Grass is really explosive, it's really fast, the first two or three steps and you have to be lower than the other surfaces."
Hewitt rates Federer as favourite
AFP reports that former world No 1 Lleyton Hewitt says Roger Federer should still be regarded as Wimbledon favourite despite his French Open loss to Rafael Nadal.
"He lost two times in the finals, once in the semis to Rafa at Roland Garros in the last three years and he's been able to bounce back pretty well on the grass," said Hewitt, the 2002 winner. There's no doubt he'll be disappointed. Rightly so. That's the one tournament missing off his career list. I think he's mentally tough enough to know. He still thinks he's the best grass court player out there, so he deserves to be the favorite going into Wimbledon."
Brit hopes on the up
Britain's James Ward was the toast of Queen’s yesterday after he won the first set against three-time grand-slam winner Marat Safin 6-4, according to the Press Association.
But Ward, who was playing in only his second ATP Tour event, could not deliver the knock-out blow as Safin found his range to win 4-6 6-1 6-4.
The Guardian says that “Britain’s women are heading for better things” after Naomi Cavaday beat Jill Craybas 6-0 6-4 at the DFS Classic in Birmingham.
Three top women out of Wimbledon warm-up
The BBC says that Jelena Jankovic, Maria Sharapova and Dinara Safina will all miss the DFS Classic at Edgbaston - because of injury. Jankovic has an arm injury while Safina, the runner-up at Roland Garros, has a lower-back problem.
Former Wimbledon-winner Sharapova said she was missing the grass court event to protect her troublesome shoulder: "I've got to make some mature decisions that will help my career."
Borg tips Nadal to win Wimbledon
Bjorn Borg has tipped Rafael Nadal to claim Roger Federer’s Wimbledon crown, AFP reports. "Nadal can play on any surface," said Borg, a five-time Wimbledon champion. "If I would pick a winner for Wimbledon in 2008 I would pick Nadal. He knows he can play on grass now and he knows he can win on it. He's a great player and a great person."
Federer: I'm still favourite
Roger Federer said he was still favourite to win a record sixth straight Wimbledon title despite his thrashing in the French Open final at the hands of Rafael Nadal.
"I still definitely feel very strong about my chances and being the big favourite going into grass," Federer told Reuters.
"I also feel how much Rafa has progressed on clay, but we'll see in the future if he is stronger on grass or on hard surfaces."
Gilbert rates Murray a genuine contender
Andy Murray's former coach Brad Gilbert has rated the British No1 as a genuine contender to Wimbledon.
Gilbert told BBC Radio 5 Live’s Sportsweek that Murray was one of the top five grass court players in the world.
"A lot depends on the draw but he plays really well on grass, he moves well and he should have a good opportunity."
"The big three have totally separated themselves so they are the big three favourites," Gilbert explained. "But then the two Andys — Murray and Roddick — are at the next level after that. There are other players coming through but they are the five to beat."
Jamie Murray hopeful of Wimbledon wild card despite loss
Jamie Murray is still hopeful of receiving a Wimbledon wild card into the singles draw despite losing in the first round of qualifying in the singles event at the Artois Championships, Queen’s Club.
The 2007 mixed doubles winner was beaten 7-5 6-3 by Poland’s Lucasz Kubot.
"I'd love to play Wimbledon," Murray to the Press Association. "It would be very exciting to play in the tournament there and if I get the opportunity, I would be very, very grateful.
"I was reasonably happy with the way I played. It's good to get a match before the doubles, hit a lot of serves, a lot of returns, getting used to moving forward, so it was worthwhile."
Bartoli could miss Wimbledon, Ivanovic "mentally exhausted"

Virtual Memory Too Low Message
Do you see a yellow exclamation point at the taskbar of your Windows XP computer? Does it say that your virtual memory is too low? Do you want to know how to fix this problem?
First of all, you can start by restarting your computer. Next is too uninstall the applications that you don't use anymore. Furthermore, you can delete all the files that are already useless for you like old documents and letters. If you lots of important stuff, then you can back them up in a CD or external hard drive.
If all else fails, then I think it's time for a computer memory upgrade. Determine what type of RAM you have and buy a higher capacity memory.
That's it, you have solved your virtual memory too low message problem.

My Facebook Status
Do you have a Facebook account? I do, and I love using apps. I recently updated my Facebook status by adding a new cool app - the Biotrend - Facebook Horoscope. This app shows your biorhythm and your horoscope in your profile page. What's even more interesting is that you can compare your biorhythm to your friends and check your Zodiac Match rating. Cool huh?
The app documents three primary rhythms, emotional, physical and intellectual. Furthermore, it also displays four secondary cycles, spiritual, awareness, intuition and aesthetic.
What this means for you and me is that when my intuition cycle is high, then this this means that I have a high potential of being able to "predict" the possible results of the lottery. Makes sense right? Why don't you use it yourself, it's harmless and it's fun.

Who Will Win Wimbledon 2008?
So who do you think will win Wimbledon 2008? Well, my guess is as good as yours but I definitely have my favorite players and I predict that they will win Wimbledon this year. So who are these tennis players that I believe will win? They are Ana Ivanovic & Roger Federer.
The reason why they will win Wimbledon 2008? Well, I think that Ana is ready for her first grand slam. She already made it to 2 finals and I believe that she has learned from them. Moreover I think it will be an Ivanovic versus Henin tennis championship finale.
Also, I think Roger does amazing on grass. If he can get past Djokovic, then I think he will win this grand slam tournament.
I asked my friends about who they think will win Wimbledon 2008, and here are their answers:
Wimbledon 2008 Prediction Number 1
I think the heavy favorites are Federer, Nadal and Venus Williams. Next would be Gasquet, Roddick, Murray, Djokovic, Sharapova, Henin and Serena. The darkhorses for this tournament are Youzhny, Tsonga, Cilic, Berdych, Mauresmo and Jankovic.
Wimbledon 2008 Prediction Number 2
My picks for Wimbledon 2008? For the women, it's Ivanovic, V. Williams, Henin, or Sharapova. For the men, it's Nadal or Djokovic. But we have to watch out for Szavay, Radwanska, Kirilenko, Pazcek, Tsonga, Murray, Wawrinka, and Tipsarevic.
Wimbledon 2008 Prediction Number 3
I favor Federer and Venus to win Wimbledon. They have the playing style, progress and promise, and most importantly, history. Roger simply dominates this event, this may be a changing of the guard years, but that doesn't mean he will be completely dethroned. He still owns Wimbledon, his clearest threats are from Novak and Rafael, who both can win this year.
The women's side is pretty much the exact same. Venus has won this even 4 times in the past 8 years, reaching the final a total of 6, you can't deny that she is the most dominant grass court player since 2000, longer than some of the suggested contenders have been professionals! Henin and Sharapova are also huge contenders. With Sharapova's form she can definitely win again, same with Justine, but they better pray that venus loses early or has a meltdown because I just don't see her or Roger being dethroned. Unless Venus likes winning in odd years and wants to wait until 2009 but I think she wants to stage a grand comeback!

How about you? Who do you think will win? By the way, don't miss the tournament schedule for Wimbledon that I posted here.

Payday Loans, What Exactly Is It?
Do you often hear and read about pay day loans? Are you curious what that is but don't really know who to ask? Then here's a simple explanation so that you can understand what a pay day loan is.
A lot of people use pay day loans on a weekly basis. Unfortunately, maybe like you, they don't fully understand how a pay day loan really works. In a nutshell, a pay day loan helps in fulfilling our immediate expenses. Life is unpredictable and we do sometimes have financial emergencies. There are things that simply can't wait for the next paycheck.
These loans are usually around $500 to $1500 which if approved, will be forwarded to your specified bank through direct deposit. After which, you and the lender will then discuss your payment plan options that is specially catered to your financial capabilities.
Here are more facts about pay day loans that I learned from payeveryone.net:
- a pay day loans can also be called a cash advance or deferred deposit loans
- it is meant for short term use only and are not intended for long drawn out payments

There are many arguments against pay day loans. Personally, I think it's a good thing. specially if used for important necessities and not for personal luxuries. Times are hard and we should learn how to be smart about money.

Are You Looking Texas Holdem Poker Strategies?
Texas Holdem Poker has become really popular within the past few years. I was quite surprised that there had been regular big tournaments already being held here in the Philippines.
Quite contrary to what other people who are not a fan of poker might believe, you actually need a lot of skills to play texas holdem. Winning is not solely dependent on luck. I actually think that chance plays only a minor role in this game.
Veteran players of texas holdem have developed a lot of personal strategies to improve their game. From practicing their body language and reactions to extensive analysis of card probabilities and combinations. Indeed, texas holdem is more of a mind sport rather than a game of luck.
If you're interested in learning about texas holdem poker or looking for a way to improve your game, then I suggest that you try playing in websites that offer poker freerolls so that you can practice without risking any personal money. Moreover, you can further develop your own style of playing and possibly devise an effective Poker Strategy that will work best for you.
One website that I would recommend to do all these is WalkerPoker.com. Go ahead and visit their site and see how they can help you win in texas holdem poker.
