According to the websites I read, cerebral palsy refers to several non-progressive and non-contagious conditions that cause physical disability in people.
The word cerebral actually refers to the cerebrum, a part of the brain. Unfortunately, there is still no no known cure for this. Medicine can only treat it and prevent further complications.
