A lot of people have been complaining because the SSS Online Inquiry website is having problems. It's usually down and it will return errors on your SSS inquiries.
I apologize to those who went to the SSS Online Inquiry system and did not get the results they wanted. I'm sure the Philippine Social Security System is doing something to fix the problem.
My suggestion, you can alternatively check your SSS contributions through text. The instructions for the SSS text inquiry is easy.
If this does not work, you can go to the last resort and visit the SSS office located at the SSS Building East Avenue, Diliman Quezon City, Philippines. You can call them first at 9206401 or 9206446. I don't know if they will reply but you can also send them an email at member_relations@sss.gov.ph
