Havit All Multivitamin Rating And Review

A few months back, I wrote in here that I will start taking Havit All Multivitamins and see if there's a difference with Centrum Multivitamins.

I forgot all about it and just remembered now that I should give you my readers my rating and review for Havit All Multivitamins. I'm sorry for the delay. So here's my experience with Have It All.

First of all, I took it for more than a month. And the first thing I noticed is that I felt sluggish for the first few days. Maybe it was my body adjusting to the new vitamin supplement because I've been taking Centrum for almost a year already.

As the first week ended, I felt that I was back to normal. Interestingly, I got an attack of allergic rhinitis during the second week. I had the sniffles for the two days. This is quite normal for me because I'm allergic to dust. Even when I was still taking Centrum, I would occasionally have this.

I said it was interesting because I would normally have a runny nose for three to five days but with Havit All, I only had it for just a couple of days. That's when I asked myself, could this multivitamin be better for me?

After that episode, the rest of the weeks went normal without anything significant happening to my health. After the Havit All supplements I bought were all consumed, I went back to Centrum to see how my body would again react to the change.

The expected sluggishness also happened but only for one day and then I'm back to normal. Which left me to wonder, which multivitamin is indeed better for me.

In my opinion, I believe that both multivitamin supplement are good in what they do. Although I went back to taking Centrum because it's cheaper at the drugstore where I buy my vitamins, I would still recommend Havit All to anyone who's curious about it.

Lastly, I would say that you shouldn't confine yourself to these two brands because there are a lot of other vitamin supplements out there that could be good or better for you. Each one of us is unique and it's our responsibility to find the one that will work best for us.
