How To Become Immortal

A lot of people still believe in the existence of the fountain of youth. Of course, who wouldn't want to live forever? I guess everyone wants to be immortal. Or is it?

I've read in a magazine a few years ago that there exists only three ways to become immortal. It's either to write and publish a bestseller, to have your name become a word in the dictionary or simply, plant a tree. It's obviously a campaign for Mother Earth. :D

Personally, I believe there are more ways to become immortal nowadays. Immortal in a sense that - you are leaving your mark forever for other generations. I don't think you need to write a book or become part of the language is all you can do to leave a legacy.

You can blog and let other people read about your life. You can do something heroic that people will pass on your story to the generations to come. Or, you can simply join Operation Immortality: Leave your mark. Save Humanity.



I joined this online time capsule and I sent a message out to the universe. I had message id 48 and here's what I said:

"Freedom - is not the absence of barriers. It is the ability to overcome it."

I chose to give this motto because I observed that throughout the known history of man, one of the most important part of our lives is fighting for freedom. Freedom from slavery, freedom from war, financial freedom, freedom of speech and many more.

Believing that freedom will continue to become a part of the next generations - in whatever form it will be. I think that the message is truly universal.
