Coincidence or plain bad luck? In the recently concluded Miss Universe, the representative of Miss USA falls again, repeating the stint that happened to her predecessor last year. The good news though, I think this year, Miss USA handled the situation better by cheering the crowd, clapping and showing that she's a good sport.
