Right or Left - Where's You Brain?

Look at the picture below and tell me which direction is the dancer going. Is she moving clockwise or counter-clockwise?


If you see that she's moving clockwise, then you use more of the right side of the brain and vice versa. Most people see the dancer turning counter-clockwise because most are right-handed. It's been proven that you normally use more of the opposite side of the brain as your preferred writing hand.

Thus, a right-handed person uses more of the left brain and will see the dancer turning counter-clockwise. While a left-handed person is more akin to using the right brain and will see her dancing clockwise. Interesting huh?

Moreover, you can actually try to focus and change the direction of the dancer. Go ahead, challenge yourself and see if you can do it.
