
I've been doing yoga for quite some time now but it's the first time I've heard of facial yoga. I didn't expect that you could do this and reap actual benefits for your skin and facial muscles.
I tried a few of the "poses" and it's quite difficult. Looks easy but it takes some effort to sustain and repeat. It's really a challenge.
